Friends of Willunga Basin Inc is a community-based incorporated body that aims to preserve and enhance our culturally, ecologically and economically cohesive community, within a landscape that reflects its ancient and modern bi-cultural character.
Friends of Willunga Basin has been an incorporated body since 1994 and the Constitution has recently been amended Friends of Willunga Basin Inc Constitution
FOWB members are:
kept up to date with current issues being addressed by FOWB
eligible to stand for election to the FOWB committee at the AGM
welcome to attend regular FOWB Committee meetings
encouraged to raise issues of concern related to ecology and planning
invited to join the discussions and campaigns about specific issues
You don’t have to be a member of the Committee to support the work of FOWB. If you have specific interests, skills and experience you could contribute by:
writing articles, submissions and presentations
coordinating social media communication
keeping the website updated
supporting a fundraising event
If you live, work or just love this place and wish to see it preserved and enhanced, please join us to provide the active support, political credibility and funds to achieve our aims.
FOWB membership for 2023/2024 is $20 for individuals and $15 for concession. Membership renewal falls due on 1 July 2024 for all current members.
